- Location: Jellingham, West Bengal
- Investment: The entire project investment will go upto Rs. 2000 Crores in phases with about Rs 200 crores in 1st phase.
- Facilities: Dry Docks, Slipways and other associated structures/ facilities
- Commissioning:
- CoShip Building Yard: 1st Phase by December, 2026
- Ship Recycling Yard: 1st Phase by December 2027
